How do I
wrap chocolate bars/candy?
Most companies require leaving the original
wrapper in place. Use a piece of tape or a little bit of glue ( I
like glue sticks the best ) to secure the
wrappers. Double sided tape works well also. |

What kind of candy
and items will the wrappers fit?
Wrappers fit Hershey Milk Chocolate 45g bar, Kit Kat 50g
bar, Hershey Miniature Bars, Life Savers candy rolls, individually wrapped
candies, Tic Tac containers, standard votive candles, mini bubble
containers, etc |

Why do you only sell wrappers?
I decided to sell wrappers only due to the possibility of wrapped
candy melting and breaking during shipping. Other reasons included my
desire to avoid problems with peanut allergy issues, and to keep shipping
expenses down. |

Where can I purchase candy and chocolate bars
for the wrappers? You can purchase the chocolate bars from many local
stores i.e. K-mart, Wal-Mart, Costco, Zellers, drugstores, dollar stores etc |

Can I change any of the text, color
graphics of a design on your site?
Most designs can be adjusted to accommodate your wishes. |

I
can't find a design on your site that is exactly what I want?
Designs on my site are only samples, I have many more and I'm
sure if you provide me with the details of what you want, I can
design something to meet your needs. Please note that I can't
use copyrighted graphics such as Disney or Warner Brothers.
However, if
you would like a coordinating "theme" for these, such as a
matching color or style, I would be happy to accommodate you |

Can I get you to put a photo on
the product?
Most wrappers can be
adjusted to include a photo. You can e-mail me the photos as a .bmp, .jpg
or a .gif file. If
you prefer you can send your photo through regular mail. Print your name and
address on the back of it. I charge a $5.00 fee
per photo to cover scanning, cropping and adjusting. Please note
that if you are mailing the photo, allow extra time for your order to be
delivered. I also require you to provide me with written
permission from the copyright holder of photographs, including those taken
by professional photographers to ensure legal compliance. |

What kind of
paper do you use?
I
use quality glossy and matte paper. Please do be aware that the product pictures
and graphics appearing on this site are low resolution for
faster loading time of web pages. The quality of your finished
product will be significantly higher. |

What payment methods do you accept ?
I accept major credit cards via PayPal, cheques, and money orders. Orders will be shipped after
payment is received. |

How long
will it take to receive my order? You
will receive a confirmation email immediately. Then you will be
contacted for all the particulars. Orders are usually shipped out
within 10 business days of receipt of payment. If you have a
rush order, please include the details in your order. |
Can I see the
wrapper/product before you ship it?
I will email you the proof for approval. Please check it
carefully to ensure that it is to your satisfaction. Wrappers
are custom made and are not returnable/refundable once printed. |

What are the
minimum order amounts?
There are no minimum orders required for any
of my products, but note that a flat shipping charge applies to all orders
regardless of size. You can take advantage of this and combine orders
for more than one product. |

What do you do with
my personal information?
Your privacy is very important to me. I use the information
you provide only to complete your order. I use your email address to answer your questions, and to complete your
order. I will not sell nor share your personal information with anyone. |
